This step is all about us getting to know your business goals and challenges, key stakeholders, processes, and priorities. Depending on the complexity of your project, this could take a few hours to a few weeks. We identify any gaps in your business process and determine how it can be done better using Salesforce.
This step may include one or more of the following activities depending on size and scope of your project: stakeholder interviews, diagram processes, and job shadowing.
Also, if there are opportunities to increase efficiency in your business we will help you consider extending Salesforce capabilities by connecting it with a third-party application(s) also known as integrations, to streamline tasks such as financial reporting or email marketing.
We kick-off your project of attainable and quantifiable tasks with a focus on collaboration, communication, and iteration. Breaking projects down into a series of manageable tasks or mini-projects that run for 2-4 weeks in which we build the feature, share it with you, and then test it is working correctly provides quick wins for your organization and ensures we are on the right track.
There are continued check-in points and plenty of communication to keep you informed.
As each feature or functionality built is approved by you, we train administrators and users who will adopt it. When your Salesforce project is completed, we move into the support phase if that is something your organization needs help with.
