We helped this Healthcare research and education nonprofit with a new Salesforce implementation. Their requirements included information security, data management, and to streamline workflows around managing activities of volunteers and donors. Other functionality we enabled include email templates and configuring Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) soft credits for easier tracking and reporting of donations.
To align with the client’s needs, setup included creation of custom reports and dashboards so leadership has easy access to real-time information on their valued corporate and individual donors - getting them out of laborious spreadsheets for good. We also organized their Salesforce Library, which is a centralized resource for organizational documents. To further enhance collaboration, we created Salesforce Groups for selected teams across the organization to communicate and share anywhere, anytime.
We implemented a new Salesforce platform for an award-winning Communications Agency that wanted to streamline its business development process. The project began with data cleanup and reorganizing over 1,500 leads housed in multiple places (spreadsheets from across several employees’ files). This resulted in an easy to access, real-time, single source of information - giving the company the ability to organize and track its prospective clients and contacts by industry type and relationship to their business. Additional Salesforce functionality they are using include activity tracking for calls and emails, email templates, and email integration with Outlook and Gmail.
In order for the sales team to have a quick, easy way to see and segment data we created custom List Views. Salesforce List Views provide a short cut to seeing any aspect of data – such as leads source, close date, state, etc. - without having to generate reports. Early results include increased high-level meetings between the President, Business Development Director, and prospective clients.
This University's department oversees adult learning programs, and was using the Classic version of Salesforce. Their leadership decided it was time to migrate to Lightning. Top reasons included they could take advantage of enhanced capabilities - especially for mobile devices - that result in a better user experience for their prospective adult students; and increased productivity for the marketing team. Another benefit to the department realized by migrating to Lightning is that they could integrate their Salesforce platform with other cloud software they use such as Mail Chimp, QuestionPro, and Slack.
